Wax Composition: Consists of Refined Paraffin waxes, Microcrystalline Waxes and Color Pigments. These components impart the performance properties of modern sealing waxes when compared to original formulas– the wax is more viscous, denser and tackier. It has a higher melting point and is, in general, more elastic and adhesive. This is why this modern waxes work so much better with stamping, retaining a good impression and being adhesive during the mailing process.
This wax is non-flammable and safe for transport.
Modern Sealing Waxes are:
• FDA certified for Direct Food Contact (Glue Gun and Bead Wax only).
• Non Toxic as long as not ingested
• Vegan - the wax is not animal derived and not tested on animals
They are NOT:
• biodegradable or recyclable
• Natural
CAUTION: When working with sealing wax, please exercise caution and care in the use of this product, especially with an open flame. Sealing wax is not recommended for use by young children without adult supervision.

It's Great Sealing Wax!
A bit pricey but you get what you pay for!
Lasts a long time & worth the price!
Good colors, good quality wax!
This is a great selection of colors to get started, test out colors, etc. I also anticipated that as a beginner, I might need extra wax. I was right. I like the old-world feel of using wick sticks. For small projects, and occasional mailings, sticks are fine. But I can definitely see that if anyone was doing a big project, like 50-100 seals, the glue gun approach would be the easier way to go.
Exactly what I was looking for! The wick burns well, the wax melts well, the colors are beautiful (especially the gold!). The multi-pack is an excellent collection of shades that enable me to buy in bulk and try new colors. Will buy again!
I like the wax. they are a bit hard to start initially and smell kind of bad but the seals generated are very nice with good definition. Does have trouble sticking to some surfaces.

Having wax that is able to be mailed is super cool! I liked this color set the best, and so did my boyfriend, the receiver of this as a gift.

I would stick to the wax beads, these may be useful if they are cut up and melted. The plus side is the color assortment.
I am quite pleased with the wax variety pack. My only caveat is that they seem to burn quickly. Fifteen impressions from one stick? I don't see that happening. Still the hues of the waxes are rich and lovely. Will consider ordering again.

An excellent, resilient wax that is perfect for the beginner--such as myself. I would recommend this as a compliment to any seal purchase. It takes a little wax to make the effective 1 1/8 inch seal, but these are the ticket.
Overall, it is an excellent product for beginners and old hands.

In the old days, one could only find a small selection of sealing waxes. To find gorgeous colors and flexible to boot was a nice surprise.

We got our flexible sealing wax Saver Pack in the mail and couldn't wait to pop it open. It was well packed, the colours are nice and deep. The wax looks and feels like wax, not plasticy cheap wax. Great product!
